Fine art prints: 2-7 days - Straight from the studio

Originals: 3-14 days depending on the destination. I carefully prepare the paintings for shipment and make sure everything is absolutely perfect! - Straight from the studio

PLEASE NOTE: If ordering to be delivered to an EU or International address, original artworks on canvas may be sense unstretched and rolled - please refer to the individual product listing for information.

Once dispatched, an email will be sent to the email you provided at checkout with tracking information.

Sadly, from 13th December 2024, I will no longer be shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations. I will continue to work find a solution and hope that the information on how small businesses and artists are meant to manage this. However, for the time being I must cancel any orders placed to these destinations.

I ship to all other locations, worldwide.

Your artwork will be packaged safely and securely to ensure safe shipping. This will either be done by me in the studio or by a shipping company, if appropriate, to ensure it is as secure as possible.

If ordering artwork to be delivered to an EU or International address, large original artworks on canvas may be sent unstretched and rolled to make shipping safer and more affordable - please refer to the individual product listing for information.

Your order confirmation will be sent to you via email to the email address you provided at checkout.

My fine art prints on paper are hand-signed by me in the studio.

Yes, I am currently open for commissions. Please get in touch via the contact page to let me know your vision or email me at hello@felicitysouterart.com with reference/inspiration images.

Once I have the brief, we will determine the size. I will then create some sketches of possible compositions and colourways for you to choose from before starting the piece. I will send a photograph for approval before shipping.

50% payment is taken after the order is confirmed, the remaining 50% is taken before shipping.

Please note: Commission pieces can take 2-6 weeks to complete.
